OUR WEEKLY RUN SCHEDULE

Wednesdays: Social 2 Mile Run

Wednesdays are the days to decompress from the stress of the work week. A part of your weekday routine to come join us for 2 easy run at your own pace run with friends, family and co-workers. Wednesdays are usually the days the bigger events get planned out, roughly about once per month. While we run EVERY Wednesday, not every Wednesday is a big event with vendors and such. Be sure to follow us on social media to stay up to date on the latest events coming. We meet at 6:30 PM, begin our warm up at 6:40PM and we're on our way to conquer our 2 mile mid-week streak by 6:45 PM.

Slow Steady Saturdays

The name says it all, on Saturdays we run slow and steady to work on our aerobic systems. Saturdays offers multiple route options for those just getting started and the experienced runner alike. Routes ranging from 2 miles to 10+ Miles. Join us before the sun rises at 5:45 AM, dynamic warm up and start at 6 AM. PS: pretty often the group likes to go have breakfast together afterward :)

Sundays: Track By The Glades

Sundays, are slowly becoming the community's favorite day of the week. This is the day, fun is out the door and real work gets put in. Real workouts, real results! We divide into 6 individual groups based on your speed and pace. The workout gets quickly explained and then it's all on you and your group to complete the workout. In case it wasn't clear by the name, these are track workouts which take place at the track next to Coral Glades High School at the Coral Springs Sportsplex. We meet at 8 AM Sharp to beat the heat. 20 Minute warm up or 2 miles whichever comes first at a chill pace, drills and then the workout begins. Usually done by around 9:10-9:20Ish at the latest.
